Any professional who can nominate a minimum of 10 assessors who have worked with them directly in a professional capacity in the last 12 months. WTX is designed for consultants, coaches, advisors, brokers, lawyers, business owners, real estate agents, healthcare professionals and anyone whose reputation depends on the trust and integrity they bring to their work. 

Yes. All responses are completely confidential. Assessors are informed their identity may be verified by WTX as part of our quality assurance process. Individual scores are never shared at an assessor level. You will be notified when each assessor completes their assessment so you know who to follow up with. 

Every WTX assessment scores across the ten principles of the WTX Global Code of Ethics and Integrity - Integrity, Reliability, Communication, Accountability, Confidentiality, Consistency, Transparency, Respect, Follow-through and Care. Each principle scored out of 10, giving an overall score out of 100.

To become WTX Certified your weighted average across all assessors must reach 70 or above. Your score reflects your full assessment history, with recent assessments carrying the most weight. 

Each year you nominate 3 new assessors from your recent professional work. Their assessments update your cumulative score, refresh your Trustmark year, and keep your verified profile on the Register of certified professionals current. Your qualification remains active as long as you complete your annual renewal and maintain the WTX standard. 

You receive your private WTX Integrity Report - a detailed breakdown of your scores across all 10 dimensions. Genuine insight into how you are perceived professionally and where to focus your development. You are welcome to reapply the following year. 

WTX conducts random audits of assessors, assessments and assessor relationships. Any attempt to falsify or misrepresent information results in a permanent disqualification listed publicly on the World Trust Index Certified Register. The standard exists because it means something. We protect it accordingly. 

Professionals who maintain their WTX qualification for three consecutive years become eligible to apply for Fellowship of the World Trust Index. Fellowship is awarded following a WTX integrity interview and recognises sustained commitment to the highest standard of professional integrity. 

Each year the top 10% of WTX Certified professionals globally - by weighted average score - are named on the WTX World's Most Trusted Professionals list. All certified professionals are eligible regardless of how long they have held their qualification.
